- AMENDMENT 01 QUESTIONS & ANSWERS 1. Question: It appears there is currently GPS equipment being used for the vehicles at both Crane and Pine Bluff. Is this correct? Answer: GPS Fleet Tracking Services is currently being performed at both Crane and Pine Bluff 2. Question: What is the make and model of equipment that is currently in use supporting the GPS behavior tracking? Answer: That information will not be provided. 3. Question: Reference PWS 1.2 Objective/Scope. Which cellular carrier does the Government have contracts with at both locations? Is the cellular service 3G or 4G? Answer: The information you've requested is not relevant to the solicitation. There is no connection between the Government's current cellular contract and the services required under this solicitation. 4. Question: Is the contractor under this contract required to provide the monthly cellular service as part of their pricing to support this requirement? Answer: The contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with providing the services specified within the PWS. 5. Question: What type of vehicles will the equipment be installed in? Commercial vehicles? Semi-trucks? Off-road vehicles? Answer: Semi-tractors, passenger vehicles and other motorized equipment 6. Question: Reference PWS 2.10. What type of "behavior" does the Government want to monitor? Answer: At a minimum, the following driver behaviors shall be monitored: • Vehicle Speed • Idle time • Vehicle run time (Ignition on/off) 7. Question: Does the Government require the contractor to provide 24/7 live, visual monitoring of all vehicles? For instance, does the Government require a command post type operation that has a staff or individual that monitors the behavior in real-time of all vehicle activity, or does the Government simply require access to 24/7 live tracking information via a portal IAW paragraph 2.8 (login/password)? Answer: The contractor shall provide the Government with continuous live tracking 24 hours a day, seven days a week via access to a live tracking web portal with login/password. 8. Question: Can we conduct a site survey of one vehicle to see the existing equipment configuration? Answer: Such a survey will not be permitted 9. Question: Who is the incumbent of the current contract? Answer: LB Technology, Inc.
