Description

Price Matrix must be completed and submitted in Excel format as part of the quote submission. Statement of Work Solicitation W52P1J-17-T-3049 Request For Quote W52P1J-17-T-3049 is hereby issued to seek vendors who can operate a mobile, full-service shoe-truck, which will serve as the primary source of nine categories (a minimum of 18, and a maximum of 36 styles) of men's and women's non-conductive, protective safety footwear for employees at Pine Bluff Arsenal. This procurement is 100% total small-business set-aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition (FAR) Subpart 19.5, Set-Asides for Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 448210; the size standard is $27,500,000.00 Refer to the accompanying attachments (i.e. solicitation document and Statement of Work) for additional details regarding the acquisition. Questions regarding this solicitation will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. central time, June 30, 2017. Questions will only be accepted via email from the Contract Specialist. Quote submissions are due by 3:00 p.m. central time, Tuesday, July 11, 2017. Quotes must be emailed to the Contract Specialist.
