- Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood is issuing a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract to covert over 6,400 sq. ft. of existing space on the 1st and 2nd floor of building 36000 into classrooms and conference room space, Fort Hood, Texas. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB Zones) under NAICS 236220 (Size Standard $36.5 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
