- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to award a contract to the McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. on a sole source basis for a base period of one year with two (2) 12-month option periods to obtain access to the "Platts" suite of online publications and market related data. S&P Global Platts is the only known source for these services. No solicitation is available and telephone calls will not be accepted. Interested sources may contact the Contracting Officer in writing. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source award described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the CFTC.
