- DESCRIPTION: This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications of Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 333314, Optical Instrument and Lens Manufacturing. Requirement Description Part Number Pentacam Basic 70700-B DICOM for Pentacam 70718 Characteristics Must provide effective Scheimpflug image+ iris image and keratometry overly Must provide 3D anterior chamber analyzer Must provide pachymetry and topography and elevation maps, both anterior and posterior Must provide 3D cataract analyzer Must provide Beline/Ambrosio Enhanced Ectasia II report, Holladay Report and EKR Details Report, Tomography and Corneal Optical Density Report Must provide cataract pre-op-display and corneal wave front information Must provide Indice report and help topic Must provide corneal ring display and various compare displays Must provide service, maintenance, software upgrades and trouble-shooting within the guidelines of the service agreement. DELIVERY LOCATION: Cincinnati VA Medical Center 3200 Vine Street Cincinnati, Ohio 45220-2213 In order to be eligible to respond as an SDVOSB or VOSB, a firm must be Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) registered in VetBiz. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. An active registration in CCR/SAM is also required. Registration is available at www.sam.gov.
