In preparation for a future procurement, the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, TX, is performing market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub zone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, woman-owned, small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 339113 that can offer the services listed below: STATEMENT OF WORK Transaction Number: 580-17-3-167-0452 1. EQUIPMENT IDENTIFICATION: ENTRY # MANUFACTURER MODEL SERIAL # LOCATION 1 T-MAX II Shoulder Exposure Positioner 1. Background: The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) is requesting procurement of the T-Max II Shoulder Exposure Positioner to be used in Orthopedics when a patient is scheduled on beach chair position. 2. Project Scope: The overall scope of the project is $. 3.
