Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-17-T-0140. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-95 (19 Jan 2017). The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for The United States Army, Public Health Center of several different types of Non-Chemical Consumable Supplies for Public Health Command. Please see the attached specifications (Attachment 1) Non-Chemicals Requirement List and (Attachment 2) Performance Work Statement and Combined Synopsis.
