- This is a construction project even thought this was advertised under a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The solicitation will be in FBO for a month to allow for appropriated time to submit quotes. See attached documents. No small business set-a-side. We have a BPA where this was previously advertised under twice and we received NO quotes. So opening this up for full and open competition to see if we can get some interest and quotes. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-JUN-2017); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
