- Firm Fixed Price, Non Personal Service Purchase Order for Laundry Services to be provided for the Cheyenne River Health Center located in Eagle Butte, SD. The Period of Performance (to include a Base Year plus Four (4) Option Years) will be July 10, 2017 through July 09, 2022. Collections and Deliveries will be made twice weekly. Contractor shall perform in accordance with the Statement of Work. The quoted "unit price" is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes. The closing date of this RFQ is July 05, 2017.
