Description

Remanufacture/update/modify Modular Mission Computer (MMC) Line Replaceable Modules (LRM) to a service condtion. See attached NSNs. The Government's intention is to add NSNs to existing Raytheon Corporate Contract that expires 14 Jun 2020. To Raytheon Company McKinney TX, 75070-0801. This remanufacture is restricted to qualified sources. Only current qualified source is Raytheon Co. CAGE 96214, All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the the Government. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data to purchase this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or the rights to the data. It is not economical to reverse engineer the part. Foreign participation is not permitted.
