- This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Proposal for a firm-fixed price construction contract for culvert replacement located within the vicinity of Northwest district area of responsibility. The magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance period is from date of award through August 15, 2017. The NAICS code is 237310 and the small business size standard $36.5 million. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 23, 2017. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
