- DESCRIPTION: The National Park Service, WASO Denver, Historic Preservation Training Center (HPTC), 4801A Urbana Pike, Frederick, MD, 21704, is soliciting proposals for all labor, materials, equipment and tools necessary to replace corrugated metal barn roof, adjust, repair, and secure existing barn gutter and down spout system, and apply a waterproof elastomeric acrylic reflective roof coating system on historic roofs at Eisenhower National Historic Site in accordance with the specifications identified in Section C of the Solicitation. A tentative date for the Preproposal Conference and Site Visit is scheduled for June 22nd, 2017; however the issued Solicitation shall be checked to verify the final date. The meeting will be held at Eisenhower National Historic Site, specific location will be identified in the Solicitation. All work shall be done under a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The Government anticipates award of the Contract on or before August 29th, 2017. Proposals will be evaluated by the Technical Evaluation Panel using the Evaluation Criteria and assigned weights identified in the Solicitation; Criteria A, Project Approach, Criteria B, Qualifications of Proposed Team; Criteria C, Past Performance; Criteria D, Project Requirements and Availability, and Criteria E, Price. The Solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities Website hppt://www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors interested in the doing business and receiving a copy of the Solicitation must register on the Fed Biz Opps (www.fedbizopps.gov). NO HARD COPIES OF THE PACKAGE WILL BE ISSUED. The Solicitation with specifications shall be posted on or about June 19, 2017. A hard copy of the Technical and Business proposal shall be submitted to the address identified in the Solicitation package, on or before 12:00 p.m. local prevailing time on August 3rd, 2017. No Email or Faxed proposals will be accepted.
