Description

This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System (VAAAHS), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 to identify all sources that can provide a small number of ambulatory beneficiaries eligible for and in need of transportation to and from their residences for medical appointments. Contractor shall furnish taxi (car for hire) transportation services from date of award for (1) year (365 days) with four (4) one (1) year (365 days) pre-priced option year periods that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Services shall be provided to eligible beneficiaries of the VAAAHS, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI, 48105 and their attendants, escorts, and caregivers in strict accordance with all specifications, terms, conditions and schedules of this solicitation and any resulting contract. As necessary, the Contractor shall also transport the personal belongings (e.g. walker, wheelchair, luggage) that the beneficiary may have. If this is a service your business can provide, respond to this Sources Sought Notice by Friday, June 23, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. (EST).
