Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-17-CP-0036 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 334310, Audio & Visual Equipment Manufacturing - Size Standard 750 employees. Please see the attached documents for detailed requirement information. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluation. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price. Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than June 27, 2017 at 12:00pm EST. The deadline for quotes is June 30, 2017 at 12:00pm EST. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to Morgan.R.Hairston@usdoj.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted. This requirement is set aside for Small Business’ ONLY. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-JUN-2017); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
