Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: W912JA-17-T-0066 Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, Dated 1 Feb 2017 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). It is the contractor's responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) Code: 611630 This RFQ is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with an Option to Extend. This will be solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government intends to award 1 or 3 BPAs to qualified vendor(s) who:(1) meet the Command Language Program Criteria specified in 1.1., 1.2 and 1.3; (2) provide a resume and proof of certifications; (3) deemed responsive in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12; and, (4) whose quote conforms to all RFQ requirements and is judged to represent Best Value to the Government in accordance with the evaluation scheme set forth in this RFQ. An evaluation of quotes will be performed based on: technical acceptability, past performance and price. When combined, are equal to price. This office will consider any late quotes or late revisions of quotes as non-responsive.
