- The SEC seeks an electronic Discovery application for agency-wide use. The scope of work is to perform design, configuration, testing, data and document migration, production deployment, training, and production support of the SEC electronic Discovery 3 (eD3) application in accordance with SEC OIT Life Cycle policy, procedures, and documentation requirements, current and future, for the duration of this contract. The eD3 application must be based on a current commercially released software product. See attached RFP and supporting Attachments for complete set of requirements.
