UPDATE - 21 June 2017: This update is provided to answer the questions received from industry regarding the Draft Solicitation; see attachment to this Special Notice (HTASC_draftSolicitation_QA_21Jun17). The Key PALT Milestones posted in the 26 April 2017 update (below) are still accurate. UPDATE - 22 May 2017: This update serves as the DRAFT SOLICITATION for HTASC. Potential offerors (and teammates) are encouraged to provide questions, comments, and suggestions relating to the Draft Solicitation and all attachments. Questions received will be consolidated, answered, and (if deemed valuable information for all interested parties) will be posted at a later date as an update to this Special Notice. The Government will not disclose the identity of the potential offeror (or teammate) asking the questions. Questions, comments, and suggestions ("responses") relating to the Draft Solicitation ARE DUE no later than: Wednesday, 07 JUNE 2017, 08:00AM EDT. Please submit all responses to the following email inbox (the size limitation is 20MB) with email subject as "HTASC Draft Solicitation Response": usarmy.orlando.peo-stri.mbx.htasc@mail.mil Please mark submitted proprietary information/data accordingly. Cover page (or within email, if applicable) of response shall include: Contractor name, address, point of contact information, DUNS, CAGE, and small business information, if applicable (including reference to NAICS 611430). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-JUN-2017); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
