Description

Market Research Questionnaire This is a SOUCES SOUGHT for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to issue solicitation a single award the provision Mobile MRI, Ultrasound and CT Services to be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma. The requirement for the service will for a Mobile MRI, Ultrasound and CT Services for the inmate population. The contract will consist a base plus four option years. The contract type will be an indefinite delivery/requirement type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 621512 with an employee size of 15.0 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
