Description

Performance Specification Sorces Sought Synopsis and Contractor Capability Survey Sources Sought Synopsis MC-1A FLIGHTLINE AIR COMPRESSOR (NSN 4310-01-060-0642; 4310-00-537-0833; 4310-01-078-5115) PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements for the production of MC-1A NSNs: 4310-01-060-0642, 4310-01-078-5115 for USAF flightline usage. This is a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) acquisition. Our acquisition strategy is a five-year contract (basic plus four option years) and will continue through CY2024. The projected quantities will be for a total less than 200, with a monthly production in accordance with best commercial practices. The MC-1A is a flightline air conditioner providing high volume, high pressure air flow to power aircraft test equipment by personnel during ground maintenance activities. If your company already produces a compressor model that meets the attached performance specification, include model number in submitted response. Performance specifications attached.
