The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial procedures, which includes but is not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District. Under Section 827 of the NDAA for FY 2008, Public Law 110-81, the Federal Supply Code (FSC) 9905 Signs, Advertising Displays and Identification Plates requires DoD contracting activities to use competitive procedures when procuring products for which FPI has a significant DoD market share (defined as being greater than 5% of the DoD's market share). In using these procedures, FPI must be included in the solicitation process. These items will be procured through SB Set Aside with an RFQ being sent to UNICOR to allow for their participation The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 339950. Size standard: 500 employees. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price, stand-alone (P-Type) contract. Incomplete quotes shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered or evaluated. Only one offer will be made by the government. Project Information: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items in order to produce and deliver materials defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
