Description

FLC Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office, CT intends to acquire BCG simulation equipment maintenance support from Buffalo Computer Graphics, Inc for existing BCG simulation and training equipment, in support of Surface Warfare Officer School (SWOS) Newport, RI. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the statutory authority of FAR 13.106-1(1), only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements. The anticipated award date is 29 June 2017; this notice is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
