- PR: 68321995 NSN: 5998-01-532-0561 ITEM: electronic component QTY: 13 EACH DELIVERY: 570 days. The shipping destination will be Hill AFB in Hill, UT. NO quantity option is included in this solicitation. Quantity price breaks from 3 up to 30 units may be included in the solicitation Item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Approved source : General Dynamics-OTS, Inc. (05606) P/N 10062283 Once the solicitation is issued, interested sources must submit the appropriate information outlined in Procurement Notes L04 and M06, Conditions for Evaluation of Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items. First Article Testing is not required. Inspection / Acceptance at Destination FOB Origin. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO ship-to address, FDT will not apply and normal procedures should be followed. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website ( http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). This solicitation is a RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on its issue date of July 10, 2017. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of Price, Delivery, and Past Performance as described in the solicitation.
