- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks To Lease Office Space In Bridgeport, CT The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of a minimum of 11,006 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet to a maximum of 11,556 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet. The Government desires contiguous space located on one floor. In the event space is offered on more than one floor, then both of the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) space shall be offered on two adjacent levels in the same building (i.e. Space offered on floors 1 & 2, or floors 4 & 5) and, (b) no less than 10,000 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet of space shall be offered on one level, with the remainder of the useable square feet on an adjacent floor, totaling 11,006 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet. If space is located above the first floor, it must be served by a minimum of two (2) elevators. One reserved onsite parking space is required. Space must meet any and all requirement of the Request for Lease Proposals package and be located in Bridgeport, CT, within the following delineated area: NORTH: Old Town Road SOUTH: North Frontage Road EAST: Main Street to E. Washington Avenue to Housatonic Avenue to Water Street WEST: 8/25 Connector to Pequonnock Street to Park Avenue For a map of the delineated area, please request a copy via email through Howard Traul at his email address provided below. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, seven (7) years firm and should be fully serviced and meet Government requirements.
