This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available. The Department of Veterans Affairs NCO7 Network Contracting Office, Augusta GA intends to procure three (3) months of Document Destruction services under a firm fixed priced contract with Shred It USA, LLC, 11311 Cornell Park Dr. #125, Blue Ash, OH 45242-1831. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 6.302-2. A justification and Approval for Limited Sources Justification will be prepared. The Contract will consist of document destruction services. This document destruction service shall include all labor, supervision; secure collection containers, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform on-site document destruction and disposal of confidential documents at the Department of Veteran s Affairs (VA) locations listed below. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. Contract is firm fixed price and the NAICS Code is 561990.
