Galvanized Axles e.Hydraulic Surge Brakes f.Spare tire & Mounting Bracket The aluminum vessel must be manufactured in accordance with United States Coast Guard guidelines. This procurement will be conducted utilizing NAICS Code 441222 with a size standard of $32.5 million. This acquisition is being conducted as a total small business set-aside. It will be accomplished using FAR Part 12 commercial item procedures and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The EPA anticipates awarding a single fixed price purchase order. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS ISSUED THROUGH FEDCONNECT. The request for quotation is anticipated for release on or about July 10, 2017 and will be made available through FedConnect at www.fedconnect.net. Questions concerning this synopsis should be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the publication of this notice.
