- Sources Sought for Custom Comprehensive Training and Assessment Service. The Department of Veteran Affairs-Networking Contracting Office 19 (NCO19), is seeking sources that can provide a custom comprehensive training and assessment service, in efforts to better equip nurses and Hospitalist champions with essentials tools to meet the needs of rural health for Veteran care. For this custom comprehensive training and assessment service, the following shall be required of the contractor: Personnel Qualifications: Minimum of 10 Years of experience in the field of training and assessment of medical professionals. Accreditation in: Liaison Committee on Medical Education Society of Simulation in Healthcare Possesses the technical ability to operate video and audio equipment Training facility: The training shall be provided offsite with the following required functionality of the facility: Climate control. Public Restrooms. Class room settings. Room[s] ability to be stage for various clinical scenarios. Additionally, the room[s] should be suitable enough to stage video equipment with audio, with the ability to play back for reviewing. (if the room[s] are not equip with those devices) Note: Video and audio equipment Will Not be furnished by the Government. This will be the responsibility of the contractor. Period of Performance A base period with 4 (1) year options It is NCO19 intent to Sole Source the service to the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
