- Description
- The Department of Veteran Affairs Eastern Colorado Health Care System (VA ECHCS), Denver, CO., wishes to purchase Service and maintenance of a VA owned Evoqua Medical Grade Water System for use in the new VA medical facility. The Contractor shall provide all necessary services, replacement supplies, mixing bed tanks, UV light source, consumable/disposable items, parts, accessories and any other item required for the proper operation per manufacturer s defined guidelines of the VA owned Evoqua medical grade water systems on behalf of the Eastern Colorado VA Health Care System (ECHCS). Sanitization of DI water lines and water treatment system shall be completed after tank changes, when elevated Endotoxin above 10Eu/ml or colony count above 10cfu/ml, or when repairs are completed breaking into the closed system. Services shall be required for a base year period and 4 option years. The water systems are installed in three (3) locations throughout the campus, to include one (1) in the Research (RES) Building, and two (2) in the Diagnostic and Treatment (DAT) Building. The Evoqua Medical Grade Water systems are necessary for processing of surgical and dental instruments specific for initial cleaning, washing, and disinfection. The systems are also used to run laboratory analyzers and equipment, both utilized in the research and clinical diagnostic setting. Services shall be provided to the ECHCS Sterile Processing Service (SPS), Research Service, and Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service (PLMS). The VA would like for vendors to review the attached DRAFT SOW and ask any questions that may arise. The VA would also like to know of any Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) concerns that may be able to fulfill this requirement.
