VA St. Louis Health Care System Statement of Requirements GI Radiofrequency Ablation Generator Sources Sought: The VA St. Louis Health Care System is in need of a GI Radiofrequency Ablation Generator or equal This is Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal. An award will not be made on offers received in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing information provided. Responses shall be submitted by 3:00 pm EST on Tuesday, June 27th, 2017. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors which may can provide items. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO15) is seeking responses to this request for information from interested, capable vendors that can meet the requirements set forth below; The overall purpose is to provide GI Radiofrequency Ablation Generator with cart or equal to the Saint Louis, MO. Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 1Jefferson Blvd, Saint Louis, MO. 63106. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO): 1 (EA) ITEM# 1190A-115A BARRX FLEX RFA ENERGY GENERATOR 1 (EA) ITEM# CART-100 BARRX RFA CART Equipment Specifications: The RFA Energy Generator shall meet the following minimum specifications: Must be a bipolar radiofrequency energy generator Must be designed to control depth and uniformity of tissue ablation in a GI setting Provide the flexibility to choose a balloon or focal catheter Automatically recommend ablation catheter sizing Ability to track and display total number of ablations performed Automatically adjust default power density settings to match catheter Footswitch to be included Output cable to be included Cart for generator to be included Responding companies shall include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming their ability to supply product with the salient characteristics outlined in this request.
