Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs in Erie, Pennsylvania requires a Contractor for cataract surgery for patients at the Erie VA Medical Center, which is located at 135 East 38 Street, Erie, PA 16504. The Contractor shall provide the equipment, disposables, supplies, and technical support personnel needed to perform these services. Services will typically be scheduled for one (1) day each month with the possibility of increasing services to two times per month over the contract term.
