- This procurement is for a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quote for an IDIQ for Class III (intensive) cultural resource inventory on public lands in Colorado. The IDIQ contract contains a one-year Base plus four (4) additional one-year term options. The minimum guarantee quantity for the IDIQ, including options, is $25,000.00. The estimated performance period is from 31 JUL 2017 through 29 JUL 2022. The NAICS code is 541720 and the small business size standard is $20,500,000.00. The basis of award will utilize the best value continuum - tradeoff process in accordance with FAR 15.101-1 to result in an award to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR Subpart 9.1. The technical/non-price evaluation factors are Factor 1 - Relevant Experience, Factor 2 - Technical Capability, Factor 3 - Past Performance, where technical/non-price evaluation factors, when combined, are significantly more important than price. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.217-5. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
