- VAMC SALISBURY, Salisbury, North Carolina intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for purchase of the Endodry Cabinet-ADV and assy. This requirement is intended for award to: Medivators, Inc. under the authority 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 323119 small business size standards: 1,000 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 3 days of publication (on/before 28June2017 NLT 12n EST.). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
