- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release Requests for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ is intended as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside, we are seeking quotes on: 40 EA. Radios handheld; 1 EA. - Replace or update the existing M&O radio repeater. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 1250 Employees. All RFQ details, to include full specifications will be included in Section B of RFQ, which will be released on or about June 26, 2017. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quotes will be July 06, 2017, 11:00 am EST. RFQ response shall be submitted via email referencing the RFQ - VA255-17-Q-0705 in the subject line to emilio.ballentos@va.gov All amendments and any other information pertaining to this Request for Quote, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, FAR 4.11 states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database prior to award of a contract. All Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) shall be verified in VetBiz at www.vip.vetbiz.gov. Firms / Vendors must submit their Authorized Distributor Letter for the product they are offering.
