Description

The Orlando VA Medical Center intends to solicit and award an acquisition for Roof Repair of the Lake Nona Campus, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando FL 32827. The performance period for this contract will be Date of Award to Date of Completion. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238160, with a related small business size standard of 15 Million Dollars. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, which will be advertised as Total Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The solicitation will be posted on or about 26 June 2017, via fedbizopps.gov website. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 dated 1/19/2017. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, www.sam.gov.
