Description: RFP A17-1313(a) Jaw Crusher Ames Laboratory, under a prime contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is requesting proposals for a jaw crusher mill for reducing the particle size of hard and brittle metallic materials (e.g., Fe- and Co-based alloys) to a final particle size distribution of < 150 microns. The feed material will be < 20 mm in size. Typical batch sizes of 0.5-2 kg will be processed. Technologies other than jaw crushers will not be considered.
