- SOL: W9124M-17-B-0006 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Work Description: EXPAND CAMPGROUND AT HOLBROOK POND Work to be Done: The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required in connection with Expanding the Campground at Holbrook Pond complete in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following items. This project consist of expanding the existing Holbrook Pond Campground by 10 campsites. This will bring the total number of campsites up to 30 and providing 11 (of the 30) campsites with full service hookups. Also, included in this project will be replacing the existing sanitary sewer system, as well as, expanding the potable water system to support the campground expansion. This pre-solicitation is 100% set aside for Hubzone Businesses under NAICS code 237990. The small business size standard is $15 million. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Contract performance time is 180 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Information concerning the Hubzone program can be found at http://www.sba.gov/content/hubzone. Solicitation Number W9124M-17-B-0006, will be available through FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. Potential Bidders are responsible for monitoring ASFI for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. Information regarding date and time of an organized site visit will be contained in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about July 12th, 2017. In order to be eligible for award All Bidders MUST: Be registered in the Central Contractors Registration Database and ORCA both of which have been consolidated in the System for Award Management (SAM). Registration for both systems may be accomplished at www.sam.gov Paperless File System: MICC-Fort Stewart is operating a paperless contracting file system. A minimum of one copy of each document submitted to the contracting office shall be in an electronic format. Acceptable formats are PDF, DOC(x), XLS(x), TXT, JPG and XPS. All submissions shall include one (1) CD with all required documents and one (1) paper copy of each bid.
