- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposal or quote and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses. Responses to this notice shall include: 1) Company Name; 2) Address; 3) Point of Contact; 4) Phone, Fax, and Email; 5) DUNS number. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA St. Louis (Missouri) Health Care System is looking for Draeger Brand - Innovian Anesthesia Analytics. This is Brand Specific requirement and J and A will be provided with the solicitation. Description of Use: The VA St. Louis Health Care System (John Cochran Division) is in need of purchasing the Innovian Anesthesia Analytics software by Draeger in order to track compliance in the OR pertaining to patient identification scanning into the Innovian ARK system that is currently in use at the St. Louis VA. Minimum Technical Specifications: The Innovian Anesthesia Analytics software should meet the following minimum technical specifications: 1) Ability to use scanners for patient identification scanning, 2) Ability to create reports (graphs/charts/tables) regarding patient care, operational efficiencies, and clinical outcomes in the operating room, 3) Data models -Medication, Vitals, Lab, Quality, Billing, and Utilization. Clinical Applications 1) Timing and documentation of preoperative prophylactic antibiotic administration; 2) Adherence to central venous catheter insertion protocols; 3) Glucose control in diabetic patients; 4) Patient body temperature on arrival in PACU; 5) Postoperative nausea and vomiting; 6) Include all implementation services and training; 7) The software shall be installed by Draeger on the Innovian backup server located in the St. Louis (Missouri) VA Medical Center facility. Required Interfaces: 1) VA TRM approved for use on IT workstations; 2) Interface with VistA/CPRS and Innovian ARK systems
