- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Shipyard Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure various clothing items listed below to be shipped to the Norfolk, Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339999 (All other miscellaneous manufacturing) and the procurement will be unrestricted. The contract line items are as follows: CLIN 0001: Men's Jacket Classic Qty. 410 each. CLIN 0002: Men's T-Shirt Qty. 1,428 each CLIN 0003: Men's T-Shirt Qty. 13,405 each CLIN 0004: Men's 3-in-1 Jackets Qty. 240 each. CLIN 0005: Men's Duck Jacket Qty. 580 each CLIN 0006: Men's RIP Jacket Qty. 610 each. CLIN 0007: Hoodie Sweatshirt Qty. 1,230 each. CLIN 0008: Men's Polo Shirt Qty. 780 each CLIN 0009: Women's Polo Shirt Qty. 480 each. CLIN 0010: Women's Polo Shirt Qty. 1,800 each. The solicitation number will be SPMYM1-17-Q-0041. The solicitation is expected to be posted on or around 23 June 2017 quotes close on 19 July 2017. Question and answer period will be from 26 June through 28 June 2017. All product samples are due no later than 11 July 2017 and quotations may be faxed to the attention of Nakia Gregory at fax number 757-396-8017 or emailed to her at Nakia.gregory@navy.mil. Any questions must be written and sent by email provided above. Please make sure that the solicitation number (SPMYM1-17-Q-0041) is included in the subject line of any email correspondence. Emails without subject lines will not be read because of security issues. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available by downloading the documents at either www.neco.navy.mil or www.fedbizopps.gov, as this office no longer issues hard-copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
