Description

This Amendment is to clarify that all offers must be received by 11:59 PM EST on June 28, 2017. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers on time. Please be mindful anything above 5 MG will need to be split into multiple emails. The Department has had issues with Zip Files and I ask you please do not Zip Files, it is preferred you send multiple emails with the subject: Vendor File 1 of 3 to ensure that I know how many emails I should be receiving Questions: Solicitation states that single spaced 12 point font is required for the technical offer and double spacing is required for resumes, would it be accepted to include a single spaced bar chart/graph? Answer: Slight variation in font will be accepted. It is advised the offer use their best judgement and remember that font requirements are advised for the standardization and ease of review. Questions: We have more that we would like to include, will this be accepted? Answer: Size limits are important to follow but similar to the font size slight variations will be accepted however I would strongly recommend you adhere to the requirements posted in the solicitation.
