Description

The first paragraph of the pre-solicitation advertisement for the Homestead CBOC is being revised to change the requirement from 28,898 net usable square feet to 22,898 net usable square feet: The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 22,898 net usable square feet in Homestead, Florida for use as a Community-based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The space must be Class A medical space on no more than one floor and can be provided by modification of existing space. On-site parking for 200 vehicles is required to include 6 handicapped spaces. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered.
