Description
Delineated Area: North: East Scott Street South: East Kennedy Boulevard East: North Nebraska Avenue West: North Tampa Street A. Statement of Requirements: The Government seeks office and related space, yielding a minimum of 3,198 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet to a maximum of 3,198 ABOA SF. The proposed term of the lease is for Fifteen (15) years, five (5) years firm. We would require 6 surface parking spaces. The desired area of consideration is described in the Delineated Area above, Tampa Central Business District (CBD). Additional Requirements: ~The space offered must include a 3,198 ABOA SF space, sub-divided or located in a different. ~Space located above the ground floor must be serviced by an ABAAS compliant elevator. ~Buildings under consideration must be "Class A" buildings which are typically newer or recently refurbished and characterized by a full complement of on-site services. ~Offered space must be in the Tampa CBD. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and life safety and accessibility. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain/or be covered by the Broward County Blanket Authorization. B. Projected Dates: Expressions of Interest Due: July 26, 2017/before Final Proposal Revisions (FPR) Market Survey (Estimated): To be determined at a later date. Offers Due: To be determined at a later date. Occupancy (Estimated): September 1, 2018 C. Required Information: Expressions of interest must be submitted and emailed to: Micah Parsons, Lease Contracting Specialist, micah.parsons@gsa.gov 7771 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Suite 119 Sunrise, FL 33351 Or submitted to the above addresses by 3:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on July 26, 2017 Expressions of interests must include the following information: •· Building name, address, and the location of the available space within the building. •· Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. •· ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Also, indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. •· Date the space is available. •· Building ownership information. •· Amount of parking available on-site and available per local code. •· Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. •· List of building services provided.
