- Request for Quotation W9127N-17-R-0075 The US Army Corp of Engineers, Portland District is issuing a combined synopsis/Solicitation for one (1) firm-fixed-price commercial supply contract. The Contractor is to provide materials, equipment, and labor necessary to execute this contract in accordance with the Solicitation. This acquisition is for the procurement of a welded aluminum boat with motor and trailer. All items are to be new. The items to be provided include: - One (1) Welded Aluminum Boat, 14 - 14.5 feet in length - One (1) Outboard 15 HP Motor - One (1) Trailer The detailed specifications for the items are within the Solicitation. The boat with motor and trailer shall be delivered to the following location: U.S. Forest Service, Gifford Pinchot National Forest, Coldwater Maintenance Shop, 19000 Spirit Lake Hwy, Toutle, WA. The procurement is to be performed immediately upon completion of the contract agreement, with the delivery to occur as soon as possible but no later than 120 days after contract award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this Solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the Solicitation and is the lowest price. This Solicitation is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 336612 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register, you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Instructions for registering are on the website. In order for a quote to be considered responsive, the contractor must submit a responsive offer electronically to Brooke.L.Patterson@usace.army.mil by the date and time specified in Block 8 of the Standard Form 1449. All inquiries regarding this Solicitation are to be submitted BY EMAIL ONLY TO Brooke Patterson at Brooke.L.Patterson@usace.army.mil. NOTE: No response to inquiries will be posted after the Close of Business on the third business day preceding the Solicitation due date. All bidders will be held to have reviewed the questions and responses in FedBizOps (www.fbo.gov) prior to bid submission. Nothing in the Solicitation is changed unless an amendment is issued.
