- US Department of Labor Construction Wage Determination SF30 Amendment No. AMEND 001 Presolicitation Notice Posted May 15, 2017 Notice of Requirement FAR 5.201 Synopsis of proposed contract Actions FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside is applicable to this Solicitation Solicitation will be posted approximately May 31, 2017 FAR 52.232-18 Ability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Description: This project is to install, repair and/or replace concrete curb, wall and fencing in the Juneau, Alaska Federal Building Parking Lot. Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000 END OF PRESOLICITATION NOTICE SOLICITATION POSTED MAY 31, 2017 A site visit for this Solicitation is scheduled for June 13, 2017 at 1:00 PM Alaska Time. Meeting in the Juneau, Alaska Federal Building on the first floor, lobby area. Interested parties are to email the Contracting Officer, Amy Heusser at amy.heusser@gsa.gov prior to 3:00 PM Alaska Time on June 12, 2017 with the names of all persons attending. See pages 4 & 5 of the Solicitation document for more information. Questions concerning this Solicitation are to be sent via email to the Contracting Officer, Amy Heusser at amy.heusser@gsa.gov. The Due Date for Offers is July 5, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Offers are to be delivered to the Contracting Officer, Amy Heusser in accordance with the SF1442 document and Solicitation Document, page 5. A bid guarantee (bond) is required with offer. Performance and Payment bonds are required after contract award to successful offeror. END OF SOLICITATION NOTICE AMENDMENT No. AMEND 001 Posted 6/26/2017 This Amendment provides changes to the Scope of Work, extends the due date for offers to July 11, 2017 at 10:00 AM, Alaska Time and incorporates the current US Department of Labor Construction Wage Determination into this solicitation.
