THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339920. The Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI has a need for Brand Name or Equal (Treadmill, Woodway 4Front). Specifications: Must have vulcanized rubber surface of 38-43 type A shore hardness User Weight Capacity of up to 400 lbs run, 800 lb walk Elevation of 0-15% Speed Range of 0-15 mph, zero start (0.1 mph increments) Must have Hospital Grade Circuitry Must have Reverse Running surface of 21-22" x 67 - 68" Polar Heart Telemetry and Heart Rate Grip Quickset Display: Quick speed and incline buttons (One touch), which allows setting speed with one touch instead of multiple touches but also gives option of increasing speed and elevation incrementally. LED readouts monitoring speed, incline distance, time and heart rate. CSAFE fitness communications compatible. Dynamic mode. Power must be 115 VC 20 Amp due to electrical capacity of area Option of Extended Warranty. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339920 and the small business size standard is 750 employees.
