Description

PR No: 0069324954. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for an Oscillating Group to be used on the B-52 Aircraft. This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 5865-01-072-3621 Type Number: 26916 037-002654 REV U, dated 09/01/1983 Quantity: 177 Each Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 180 days AFAA or 180 days ARO if FAT is waived. Surge requirements do not apply. Solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. CONTRACTOR FIRST ARTICLE TESTING APPLIES-SEE BELOW. A 100% Quantity Option does not apply. The anticipated issue date is on or about July 17, 2017. The anticipated award date is October 15, 2017. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
