- The U.S. Government is seeking sources to support multiple contracts for Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The purpose of this Market Research is to identify sources that can manufacture and supply the KIV-77 crypto computer, the AN/TPX-57 Identity Friend or Foe (IFF) Interrogator, and the AN/TPX-58 Identity Friend or Foe (IFF) Interrogator or equivalent. All equivalent devices must be the same Form, Fit, and Function down to the circuit card level as the KIV-77, AN/TPX-57, and AN/TPX-58. Equivalent IFF and communication security devices must be air worthy and qualified to go on rotary wing aviation platforms. The contractor must be able to support all technical, operational, safety, interoperability and security testing requirements. The contractor company must be ISO 9001-2008 certified. Company must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Please submit all responses, to include a detailed description of contractor qualifications and experience no later than July 23rd 2017. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT MARKET SURVEY. THERE IS NO SOLICATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does it issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The United States Army CECOM LCMC is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement.
