This amendment is issued to make the following changes: The solicitation number is changed from SPRRA1-17-R-0234 to SPRRA1-17-Q-0255. The Five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract quantities are changed from a minimum quantity of 25 each up to 145 each maximum to a minimum quantity of 6 each up to 30 each maximum.
