- (1) Action Code. S- Utilities and Housekeeping Services (2) Subject. CCRD Janitorial Services Multi-Year (3) Description. USDA FS will issue a single-award Firm-Fixed Price Contract for Janitorial Cleaning Services under the Arapaho Roosevelt Clear Creek Ranger District (CCRD). (4) Synopsis Period. 27 June 2017 - 7 July 2017 (5) Contracting Office Address. 2150 Centre Avenue, Bldg. E Fort Collins, CO 80526 (6) Product or Service Code. S201, Housekeeping - Custodial Janitorial (6a) NAICS Code. 561720, Janitorial Services (7) Set-aside Status. TBD (8) Proposed Solicitation Number. AG-82AT-S-17-0020 (9) Proposed Solicitation Period. Anticipated from 10 July 2017 - 28 July 2017. All solicitation documents will be posted to FBO under the solicitation number at item 8 on or about 10 July 2017. The actual due date will be shown in the solicitation. This period is "proposed." (10) Site Visit. If a site visit is warranted, the Site Visit will be combined with the pre-proposal conference. See item 10a. (10a) Pre-proposal Conference. Section L of the solicitation to confirm the date and time of the pre-proposal conference / site visit if applicable. (12) Place of Contract Performance. Clear Creek Ranger District Office located at 101 Highway 103 and the Work Center Conference Room and Restroom located at #4 County Road 314, Idaho Springs, CO 80452. Clear Creek County (13) Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) (14) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance includes a base period plus four option years (365 days). Base period is anticipated for Award (on or about 11 August 2017) through 30 September 2017. Contract performance for the option years will run from 1 October to 30 September, subject to availability to of funds. (15) Contract Award Date. On or about 11 August 2017 (16) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals. One (1) contractor will be selected for single award. Contractor must have active registration in SAM IAW FAR 52.204-7. The cutoff for questions pertaining to this solicitation is Wednesday, 26 July 2017 NLT 1300 MT. Questions must be submitted via email to klenisewallace@fs.fed.us and pahatchell@fs.fed.us.
