- Amendment 2. Amendment 1. ___________________________________________________________________________ Please see the attached amendments to the solicitation. Amendment 1 clarifies the email address proposals should be sent to in Section L 1.1 to align with the email address listed on FBO and elsewhere in the solicitation document. The correct email address proposals shall be sent is jason.ucci@navy.mil NOT jason.t.ucci@navy.mil previously identified in Section L 1.1. Amendment 2 extends the closing date of the solicitation from 26 June 2017 10:00AM ET to 28 June 2017 2:00PM ET to allow for submittal of proposals that may have been sent to the incorrect email address of jason.t.ucci@navy,mil. Due to system limitations these were done as two separate amendments.
