- The Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) intends to award a contract to Rees Scientific, Ewing, NJ 08638 for the following items listed below. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however, if interested the Government shall consider all responses. The NAICS code for this action is 33429 This procurement is made under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1) only one responsible source. NHRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
