VA250-17-Q-0805 Elevator Preventative Maintenance and Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. VA250-17-Q-0805. This solicitation closes on July 14, 2017 at 3pm ET. The Network 10 Contracting Office intends to solicit quotes from contractors to shall provide elevator preventive maintenance and repair services to eighteen (18) elevators identified below for the Battle Creek VA Medical Center located at 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037-7314 for a period of one (1) year beginning October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018 with four (4) option years (to be exercised at the Governments discretion). Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. NAICS Code is 811310, and Size Standard is $7.5 Million. The solicitation will be issued as full and open competition SDVOSB/VOSB set aside. All responsible sources may submit quotes which shall be considered by the Agency. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) data base at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit that SAM website and register as soon as possible to avoid delays should they be selected for a contract award. Questions concerning this announcement should be directed to the Contracting Officer using the e-mail link provided no later than July 10, 2017 at 3pm ET. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Network 10 Contracting Office, Attention: Shasta Britt, Contract Specialist, 8888 Keystone Crossing Blvd STE 1100, Indianapolis, IN 46240, or by email at shasta.britt@va.gov. Quote responses must be received no later than 3:00pm ET, Friday, July 14, 2017. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
